We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with plenty of linen, cutlery, and crockery provided. The rooms, including the spacious bathroom, offered ample space for our comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a few minutes walk from the train station and situated right in the center of the old town. This made it super convenient for exploring the city and easily accessing transportation. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering us directions and general information during our stay.
Nothing that we didn't like.

We were in Prato for just 2 nights to attend examinations at the nearby university. The room was everything we were after - big, comfortable with cooking facilities. The building has a beautiful rooftop terrace that we pretty much had to ourselves, watching the swallows fly over the town while indulging in the local wines! Chiara, the concierge was absolutely fantastic in pointing out the local restaurants, markets etc. The wireless internet wasn't working, but Chiara gave us access another room in order for us to can a connection.
Only bad point was that our room overlooked the most popular bar in town, so there was a fair bit of street noise that lasted until midnight or so. I'm sure other rooms would not have this problem.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The roof-top garden is both utilitarian (contained a very efficient laundry) and provides panoramic views of the most church towers (and bells) I have seen from the one spot.
Internet connection kept dropping off.

The hotel is located right in the historic center, within the old town walls, making it the perfect base for exploring Prato and all of Tuscany, including Florence. The staff at this hotel is incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and some even come with a balcony facing an attractive clock tower. Plus, having a kitchen or kitchenette in the room is a great convenience. Breakfast at the hotel is also a delightful way to start the day.
No negative aspects detected, everything was great.

Ideal location, friendly staff. Nice rooms in the historical center, 5 minutes to railway station. Special thanks to Chiara Baldazzi for readiness to help. Next time will stay here.

We were very satisfied with the location (few houses away from the main town square) and although it's in the pedestrian district, we were helped by the hotel to book a garage for our car and were given a convenient map with detailed instruction how to tackle the one-way street system (many thanks to extremely helpful Ms. Baldazzi at the reception!). Very convenient for visiting Florence by train, since the station is only a couple of minutes walk' away. The apartment was very nicely decorated and clean, convenient (=safe) for the our 1-year-old-son as well. A modern elevator also proved very useful in transporting bags and the trolley. The rooftop terrace is great.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable bed. the kitchen was well-equipped and allowed me to cook a few meals. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many attractions within walking distance. the staff was friendly and provided great service.
The noise level from outside made it difficult to sleep at night, and the weak water pressure in the shower was disappointing.

Even if I didn´t use the kitchen, which was in my room, I enjoyed the idea of being able to cook for myself if I choose to! And I liked the fact, that my hotel room was warm! :-) And in general the location in the city centre. And the helpfulness of the staff.
the only thing I would suggest, is a stronger hair dryer. It took me quite a while to dry my hair. The rest was very much to my liking!!!

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a beautiful old town. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Piazza del Doumo and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. We loved exploring the vibrant streets and soaking up the local atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making sure that our every need was catered to. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely kitchen and even a balcony overlooking an attractive clock tower. The huge modernized bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was also a great start to each day, with a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided excellent value for money and a memorable stay.
Nothing to improve, everything exceeded our expectations.

Rooms are spacious and wonderfully rustic - this is an old renovated palazzo, and it has been done with style. For it's location just off main street, the rooms facing the back are remarkably quiet and peaceful.
WiFi here was very unstable and logins procedures cumbersome, especially if your connection is repeatedly interrupted, which was the case for me (Mac user). In some rooms, there is no signal (thick walls).

I spent my Easter holiday at an historic location in Tuscany and it was an unforgettable experience. The apartment was spacious and had an artistic atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for visiting the charming town center, which was just a short walk from my apartment. the staff was attentive and ensured that my stay was pleasant.
Although the apartment had a charming and rustic feel, there were some issues with the bathroom and kitchen, which were outdated and could have used an upgrade. the noise from the street below could be bothersome at times, but it was tolerable.
